5 Generations in the Making!!

Once Fendley is born, she will be surrounded by lots of grandparents. She will be lucky enough to have a great- great grandmother as well! In the picture above, is my mom, my granny, and my great granny Ruth! She turned 97 a couple of weeks ago and is still going strong!! Her mom lived to be well over 100!! Not only will she have a great-great grandmother, she will have 3 great grandmothers, two grandpas, and two grandmothers! Lucky girl to have so many grandparents to spoil her!! Of course lots of aunts, uncles, and cousins as well!!

Test Results were.......

GOOD!!! As far as I know, my glucose came back ok because I never did get a call from the doctor's office! Yay! They said no news is good news and they would have the results in a couple of days and I didn't hear from them!

In a couple of days, I will be updating the blog with pictures from our vacation! We had a great time! It was just a little too hot for me to do much but I did eat good and had a good excuse too!! However, every time I would want to take a nap guess who tried to keep me awake?? Fendley Kate!!! She is really kicking around these days and Keith is getting to feel her kick!

Well, I must get off of here and take care of my other little one..Annie. She is not a happy camper and I need to find out why. I threw popcorn down for her to eat and she is not eating it which is not like Annie!!! She may not be happy with me because she got a haircut and a bath all in one day! Oh well! Good night!!

Happy Father's Day!

Well, this post is dedicated to my wonderful husband and father of Fendley! Happy Father's Day Keith! I know you will be a great father to Fendley because of your love and dedication to kids of all ages!! The photo above is from Ashley's wedding last June. Keith sat in the floor and played Dora on my phone so that Kassidy would sit still while Mom fixed her hair! Keith is always working and spending time with kids...whether it is our next door neighbor Zach (who plays XBOX with Keith), my little cousins, or coaching 6th & 7th grade basketball! Therefore, I know that Fendley will have a daddy that will love her as much as I will!! Happy Father's Day Keith and I can't wait to see you in action as Daddy!! I love you!!!




This picture is from when Kassidy spent the day with us last summer and Keith was having to act like he was asleep! Guess who she wanted to play with the whole time!!!??? Keith!!! I think she pays more attention to Keith than she does me!!!

Another doctor's visit!

Well, I survived the doctor's appointment yesterday! I had to have the glucose test done yesterday which meant no carbs or sugar until after my 2:30 appointment!! Ugh, what was I thinking scheduling that at 2:30 in the afternoon? Well, I am hoping and praying that it comes back ok because if not, I will have to do a 3 hour test! Yuck! Well, Dr. Partridge said all is well with Fendley. Her heartbeat was around 150 again. She said that since it is getting warmer to start laying off the salt which will be hard for me since I just love salt!!! Also, if I start swelling to get somewhere cool and put my feet up! Keith just loved those orders!! hehe She said the next time I come I will be heading into the last trimester so we will start discussing labor and delivery and signing up for some childbirth classes! Yay! I know Keith is so excited about that! We went to eat at Chili's afterwards since I was craving some carbs and sugar! There are not many things out there to eat without carbs and sugar!

We are getting ready to head on our first cruise so we are pretty excited about that but packing for a week always stresses me out because I am afraid I will forget something!! I am looking forward for a time of relaxation!! This time last year, we were getting ready to head to HAWAII!! I will post a picture in memory of that trip! So fun and we want to go back someday! I said once Fendley is grown! haha


In the picture we are on top of Diamond Head! Don't think I will be walking up any kind of mountains this summer! School is out and I have a busy summer ahead but so looking forward to getting Fendley's room done! Have a great day!

I think I am really pregnant!!

Wow! I am really starting to think there is a something inside of me!! haha This week, I am really starting to feel Fendley move. Seems like anytime of the day that I sit down, I can feel her little feet (I guess) really kicking! I am also starting to feel her when I put my hand on my belly. As you can see in the picture above, I am really starting to show. People are starting to ask when am I due...don't know if that is a good thing? We have a busy week ahead of us. School will be out in a couple of days, doctor's appointment, and getting ready to go on vacation. Maybe once I get back from vacation, I won't be as pale as I am in this picture. We also have Fendley's room almost cleaned out and ready to paint once we get back from vacation. The picture above was taken at my mom's house after church today.
